Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all classes, sessions, and services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellations & Refunds
Readings, Energy Work, and Home/Space Clearings
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any booked or completed sessions.
If you need to make a change, you may contact me to request a one-time reschedule. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Classes
Payment is required in full to reserve your spot.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the first class session are eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not available within 48 hours of the class start time or after the class has begun.
Scheduling & Attendance
For multi-session classes, participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
Missed sessions are not refundable, transferable, or guaranteed to be made up.
For individual sessions (readings, energy work, or clearings), arriving late may result in a shortened session time.
Participation & Conduct
Classes and group experiences are designed to be interactive and supportive.
By enrolling, participants agree to:
engage respectfully
maintain confidentiality within the group
contribute to a positive and supportive environment
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a class or session without refund.
Services & Scope
Services may include intuitive readings, mediumship, energy work, space or home clearings, and educational classes.
All services are provided based on the practitioner’s interpretation of energy at the time of the session and are subject to the terms outlined in the Disclaimer.
Agreement
By booking or participating in any class, session, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
